![]() Based in London, England, we are not only lovers of the extravagant cross-legged kick from which we take our name, but also great design and a sharp eye for detail. Rabona Magazine is a celebration of great football journalism, iconic photography and a slow appreciation of everything that makes the game beautiful. The first Rabona was performed by Ricardo Infante in a game between Argentine teams Estudiantes de la Plata and Rosario Central in 1948. The “rabona” is a method of kicking the football, whereby the kicking leg is wrapped around the back of the standing leg – effectively with one’s leg crossed. The whole magazine is beautifully designed by Russian studio QUSQUS and printed by the excellent Logical Connections in England. Rabona Magazine is a brand new football magazine published bi-annually. In Rabona Magazine Issue 3, there are 96 pages of iconic photography and insightful journalism to enjoy, including our cover interview with the face of US soccer, Tim Howard. It was a summer to remember for American soccer as fans turned out in record numbers to support their World Cup journey. ![]() Rabona Magazine Issue Three (the USA Issue) is available now on. ![]()
